It's appeared because you have chosen two integration methods at the same time. It can be mix of manual added code with automatic integration, selected together two automatic integration, child theme integration and integration through widget for DIVI or Elementor or any of these combinations.
First please check that you have chosen only one integration at this section "Groovy menu> Integration"
