Create and position a note
Open Widgets and add a Sticky Note. Drag its header area to place it, use its resize handle to change its size, and select a paper color from its palette. Notes save as you edit.
Attach a note to a bookmark
Use the note's attachment/pin control and choose the destination tile. A colored corner marker on that bookmark lets you reopen the note. A note attached to a tile follows that association, rather than merely occupying the same screen coordinates.
Use the pin/attachment control to detach it again. Hiding or returning a note to its marker is different from deleting it.
Find, hide, and delete notes
Open Widgets → All Notes to search your notes and see their bookmark or folder associations. Reopen a hidden note from this catalog or from its tile marker.
Use the note's menu or the catalog's trash action to delete it, then confirm. Do not use a close/hide control expecting permanent deletion. Hidden notes still count as saved widgets in Free.
Optional tasks and focus timers
Use Use as task when a note is something to complete; an ordinary note does not need a task checkbox. You can connect a note to an existing Pomodoro or create a timer from the linking controls. Linking also works from the Pomodoro side.
