From now on we use Instagram Feed widget in our demo data instead of WP Instagram Widget. It has much more options and still easy to use.

- Style issues in several demo pages
- Removed redundant "Header menu visibility" setting from meta. The menu visibility is controlled by Groovy menu settings.
- Removed redundant "Blog menu" from Navigation menu demo import data
- Several duplicated SQL responses
- If the portfolio/blog widgets were used in Groovy menu their height was collapsed in mobile menu.
